OpenTIMS, TimsPy, and TimsR: Open and Easy Access to timsTOF Raw Data

The Bruker timsTOF Pro is an instrument that couples trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS) to high-resolution time-of-flight (TOF) mass (MS).
